The Annual Members Business meeting will start at 1:00 PM.

Note: Members, Please attend this meeting, we will have the annual election of officers and discuss other club business.

The food will be served at 3:00 PM

We will be having Hamburgers and Hot Dogs with all the fixings

We will provide canned sodas and bottled water

We will have a 50/50 cash raffle

We will have several raffles with children and adult prizes

Since we are trying to conserve our Club funds, we ask that you bring your own alcoholic beverages and a side dish that will serve at least twenty people.

(Example- Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw, etc.)

Please R.S.V.P. by April 28, 2009, with how many people (______) will be attending from your family so that we can buy enough food and drinks.

If you have a co-worker that may be interested in joining Reddy’s, please invite them and their family to join us at our Annual Party, be sure to include them in your R.S.V.P.
